14S308F Shakespeare: Three Tragedies
Full Length (5-8 weeks) | This course is completed
We will have six sessions on Hamlet, Othello, and Macbeth in a combination of lecture and discussion. (King Lear is omitted because that was on the syllabus in my Winter 2013 ILEAD course - students from that course are welcome to return to this one.) We will deal with the nature, structure, dynamics, and significance of these Shakespearean tragedies.
