Instructor -- Tim Quinn
Tim Quinn, CPM is currently the Director of Personnel and Employee Relations for Bay County Michigan. Prior to this assignment, Tim served as the Director of Human Resources at General Motors’ Powertrain facility in Bay City, Michigan for a number of years. Tim earned his BA and MA at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and his Juris Doctorate at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Bay County Bar Association. He holds Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and is a board member of the Valley Society for Human Resources Management. (VSHRM)
