Modern Dance is a form that encompasses traditional ballet technique as well as an expanded movement vocabulary for the torso and limbs. Improvisational and compositional skills are developed to encourage creativity and expression. Classes integrate various traditional disciplines of modern dance foundations with current contemporary styles. In addition, some improvisational and compositional skills are developed to encourage creativity and expression. These classes are for dancers who like physical complicated floor work, patterns of movement and self-expression.
