Needle Felted Christmas Tree Workshop
Visual Arts | Available
Explore the art of needle-felting as you create a small, tactile sculpture of a Christmas tree. In this fun, one-day workshop with Cynthia Cratsley, you will learn how to use felted wool and a special barbed needle to create a 3-D object. Needle felting is a craft that involves repeatedly stabbing a needle into a piece of wool in order to stiffen and shape it into the desired form. Beads & other embelishments will be added for fun "ornaments!"
Register with family or friends to have a fun, festive day with Cynthia!
All supplies are included in the cost of the class. We will be using locally sourced materials including wool from local sheep dyed by a local dyer.
