The average adult makes around 35,000 choices a day! What to wear, what to eat, what to do at work, what to do when relaxing, how to speak to people, and the choices go on. However, we may need to wake up to the choices we are making and the consequences that follow. It’s these everyday choices that determine whether we will thrive or just survive.

Be in Health® has a history of successfully helping God’s people take care of their spirit, resulting in healing of their soul and body. At the Choices conference, Dr. Wright will discuss from the Be in Health® perspective how what we expose ourselves to through our physical senses, affects the mind and body. In conjunction with taking care of your spirit, Dr. Wright will also be addressing, from a biblical view, how to care for your soul and body through basic nutrition and exercise.
