Including All Children & the ADA is a MSDE required pre-service training. This workshop is designed to help child care providers understand and comply with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act within early childhood environments. The class will focus on providing participants with the knowledge and tools to ensure that their programs meet legal standards and create accessible, inclusive environments for all children, and especially, children with disabilities. Participants will learn the key provisions of the ADA, including the requirements for accessibility, non-discrimination, and reasonable accommodations.
