Immigration is a major topic of national discussion. Our goal is to inform class participants what US immigration is all about. We will include the various types of immigration, its history, its challenges, and its benefits. We will use professionals from various parts of the country who are involved in different aspects of current issues as well as firsthand experiences of refugees and asylum seekers.
