Discovering the Enneagram: A Journey of Self Understanding and Growth at Every Age (Zoom)

We are lifelong learners, not only about the world around us, but also about the world within us. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding personality types, offering profound insights into human behavior, motivations, and patterns. This course provides an accessible introduction to the Enneagram system, helping participants explore their own personality type while gaining greater empathy for others. Through lectures, discussions, and reflective exercises, participants will discover how the Enneagram can support personal growth and interpersonal relationships at every age.
This course will combine lecture with class discussions.

Hugh Willard
Hugh J. Willard is a psychotherapist and author with a career spanning more than 35 years. He has developed and taught courses on exploring identity, meaning, and creativity in the second half of life for numerous Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes. Hugh has been a student and teacher of the Enneagram for 25 years. His first nonfiction book, Finding Beauty in the Gray: Stories and Verse From the Third Age, was published in November, 2023. His podcast is Aging Well: Finding Beauty in the Gray.
