Discovering the Enneagram: A Journey of Self-Understanding and Growth at Every Age

We are lifelong learners, not only about the world around us, but also about the world within us. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for understanding personality types, offering profound insights into human behavior, motivations, and patterns. This course provides an accessible introduction to the Enneagram system, helping participants explore their own personality type while gaining greater empathy for others. Through lectures, discussions, and reflective exercises, participants will discover how the Enneagram can support personal growth and interpersonal relationships at every age.
Hugh Willard
Hugh Willard is a therapist, writer, and musician. Currently in North Carolina, he intends to move to Northern New England with his partner next summer. He has taught numerous OLLI courses at N.C. State, Georgia, and Duke University. He is the author of Finding Beauty in the Gray: Stories and Verse From the Third Age, and also has a companion podcast titled Aging Well: Finding Beauty in the Gray. Hugh is currently finishing his MFA in Creative Writing at Bay Path University.
