You Oughta Be in Pictures (In-person)

Fall (9 - 13 hours) | Registration opens 7/29/2025 12:00 AM EDT

Our fall class will focus on preserving our memories…sounds odd for an ART class, but just wait. We will begin by leading you through the process of creating a beautiful hand-bound journal. You will then fill the pages with photos of YOU from all periods of your life. And then the fun really begins…we will be enhancing the photos with some collage and paint techniques, and then adding a bit of text or an anecdote that describes what your world was like at the time of the photo.

We will provide ideas, examples, and demonstrations. This journal will feed into our artistic creativity and provide a wonderful way to preserve our memories.

As we document these periods, our mature selves will become reacquainted with our younger selves, and the future generations will have the opportunity to know what our lives were like.

We hope you will join us for this fun and unique class.
