"Thelma and Louise" - 35 Years Ago in Film: An Osher Birthday Celebration
Thelma & Louise 11/13/26 | Available
Come join Osher for a movie in our "35 Years Ago in Film: An Osher Birthday Celebration" film series!
Join us for a screening of Thelma & Louise, Ridley Scott’s landmark 1991 film that redefined the road-movie genre. What begins as a weekend getaway turns into a bold, emotional journey of friendship, freedom, and resistance as two women take to the open road on their own terms.
Drinks and snacks will be provided.
We will follow up the movie with a lively discussion with Beverly Marshall.
After the film, you are welcome to join Beverly for dinner at Three Tomatoes. (Attendees are responsible for their own food and drink expenses at the restaurant.) If you plan to join her, please email the Osher office at osher@dartmouth.edu to add your name to our reservation.
