We will follow the interesting people involved in its history, from Walter Prager, Al Merrill, Jim Page, John Morton, John Caldwell and the like to the present day. Dartmouth has put more athletes on the USA Olympic Winter Skiing squads than any other college. We will examine the how and the why.

If it’s skiing traditions you hold dear, come and enjoy this informative course, meet special people from Dartmouth’s storied past as we learn about Big Green skiers who went on to change the landscape of skiing, not only in the United States, but around the world.
