The Palouse Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (https://palousemindfulness.com) is an online offering that takes participants through a blend of videos, readings, and guided meditations. This series of weekly seminars will provide participants with an opportunity to view some of the videos together and engage in dialogues and activities that will augment the independent learning that takes place outside of class. The time spent in the seminar will enable participants to support one another and learn from each other’s experiences. In addition to completing the readings and watching the videos, participants will be expected to complete 30 minutes of home practice per day.
