Have you ever had the opportunity to play with clay? If the answer is yes, then you already know how much fun it can be! If the answer is no, then I have a fun treat for you! In this four-week hands-on class you will create at least two ceramic projects using extruded clay coils and tubes made into functional and non-functional pieces. There will be two clay-creating classes and two glazing classes. All materials and tools will be provided for you.

  • There are no required texts.
  • Lab Fee: $100, payable by check to Blackberry Hill Art Center at first class session.

Dianne’s love of clay began in 2006 at the Armory Art Center, where she developed her skills through regular classes and the Master Artist Workshop series. Dianne taught Clay Construction at the Armory Art Center and The Pineapple House Ceramic Studio in WPB, FL. Dianne loves the process of bringing clay to life and helping others find that joy when creating their own pieces.
