Sometimes cooking for one or two may seem like it’s not worth the trouble; however, everyone needs a variety of foods to stay healthy. Homemade meals usually are more nutritious, better tasting, and more economical compared to prepared foods or eating out.

Love to cook, but don’t love leftovers? Tired of trying to scale down large recipes or buying too much at the grocery store? Wonder what are the best building blocks to always keep on hand? Then this course is for you!

We will explore new recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course dessert that will make smart use of ingredients, time and budgets. This class will be demo style, with lots of opportunities for hands-on participation. The menus for each week will be informed by class requests and feedback. And of course, each week we will eat what we cook- plenty of food for all! This class is perfect for novice and experienced cooks alike.
