If you have ever wanted to learn how to play an instrument, then this lighthearted ukulele workshop is for you. You don’t need any musical experience to have fun learning chords and strums that will enable you to play your favorite songs on the ukulele. All you need is a song in your heart and a sense of adventure...and a ukulele, of course!

Don’t have a ukulele? Visit https://www.ukuleleclare.com/post/how-to-choose-a-ukulele for tips on choosing one. You’ll also need a clip-on tuner or smart phone tuner app.

This class is designed for ukuleles in high-G (re-entrant) tuning. Baritone ukulele chords are not covered. Contact instructor with questions. This class is for adults ages 18+.

Ukulele Clare has taught hundreds of students of all ages to play the ukulele. Her lighthearted approach makes learning fun and approachable. She offers classes, lessons, and sing-along “Shenanigans” and is a member of the string band Mama Tried.
