Using a wide variety of fun art materials, we will create unique imaginative animals and magical creatures. The goal is for children to develop their own expressive art language and vision and stretch their imaginations while exploring what different art materials can do. Some of the materials will include; watercolors, wax, chalk, clay, acrylic paint, collage papers and glue, yarn, cardboard, paint pens, stones , shells, and other natural objects. We will look at famous artworks, learn about printmaking, storytelling art, self portrait, found object art, mixing colors, how to make interesting textures and shapes and more.
