Students will master basic machine and hand sewing techniques, including hemming, fabric selection, mitered corners and pillow piping. Gain experience using a rotary cutter and cutting matt. Project choices are an envelope pillow, apron, decorative table runner and zippered pouch. This class is suitable for beginning and established sewers who may need a refresher course. Machines are provided although students are welcome to bring their own machines. Supplies are not required for the first class.
