We will learn the three fundamental techniques of hand-building: coils, slabs, and the pinch technique. Through hands-on exploration, students will have the opportunity to master each method, allowing them to bring their artistic visions to life. No prior experience is required – just a passion for creativity!

  • Reduced tuition on youth classes requires a family membership. For a full-day program, a morning class may be combined with an afternoon class. Supervised "bridge" care is available for these students, between 12-1PM, for an additional $40 per week. 

Julia Peterson is actively pursuing a degree in Art Education and has been a public school substitute teacher. She has spearheaded a variety of special education programs and activities for children throughout Connecticut.
