Unified/Special Needs Art Experience: Session B

A unique art experience for special needs artists and their siblings and peers to explore their own creativity in an open and supportive environment. Emphasis will be on using a variety of mixed media art materials to create individual artwork with helpful guidance. Children will have an opportunity to paint, collage, create sculptures, build with clay and more! Children will be able to go at their own pace and choose the materials that interest them. This class will be taught by Carole Firth who is an artist and special educator. (Please bring a snack and drink for your child for a short break time )
- Reduced tuition rates on youth classes requires family level membership.
Carole Firth
Carole attended the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore where she studied fine art. she holds a BA in early education and an MS in early childhood special education from Southern CT. State University.
