Beginning students will learn to measure a warp, dress a four harness floor loom to weave a sampler first, then a personal project of their choice while learning and practicing the fundamentals of weaving. More advanced students will be encouraged to either deepen their handweaving skills or try new methods as they complete their projects. Individualized help is offered on an as needed basis. Bench time available. Please note that apart from a Beginner’s Sampler, students are responsible for their own materials Please note that this class will be 6 weeks instead of 8.
