Nature's Impressions in Clay Series

Adult Workshop | Registration opens 5/14/2025 8:00 PM EDT

Create, paint and seal small impressions of natural materials or sculpt a low relief tile inspired by the forms and textures in nature. Develop a practice of mindful observation, collection of found materials and creative expression. We will learn an air-dry process that produces strong lightweight pieces suitable for use in jewelry, mixed media or enjoyed as they are. All materials will be provided.

  • My programs offer accessible mixed media techniques with a focus on supporting self-expression, meaning making, community and wellbeing. Participants practice sensory awareness, connect to their intuitive, creative voice and draw from their own experiences to inspire creative expression using words, images and found materials. My strengths-based approach, honors each person’s unique experiences and encourages participants to develop meaningful connections.
