Monday Night Ceramics with Deborah Staub Luft
Adult | Registration opens 11/16/2025 8:00 PM EST
Discover the joy of working with clay in GAC’s ceramics classes and workshops. Open to all levels, our classes are welcoming spaces where beginners and experienced students alike can learn and grow. Skilled instructors provide guidance to help you develop and expand your abilities whether you’re designing, throwing on the wheel, handbuilding, or glazing. You’ll have the chance to create both functional pieces, like bowls and cups, as well as expressive sculptural works, all while exploring your own creative style. To make it easier to find the right fit, we’ve renamed our ceramics classes by day and time, so you can quickly choose what works best for your schedule. No matter which class you take, you’ll cover the same core material and enjoy the full pottery experience. All classes open to all levels except where indicated. Tuition includes 2 sessions of studio time per week.
Please note: no class on 01/19.
Tuition includes bench time for students enrolled in classes; it does not include workshops. Clay must be purchased in class ($32 or $35/bag). Cash, check, or PayPal available. Lab and clay fees cover costs of firings and glaze materials.
