Connect to your creative language through this visual journaling process that everyone can do. Participants are invited to practice awareness of their felt sense and work intuitively to create simple images using color, lines, shapes, and collage materials. Engage in a brief reflective writing process to explore their meaning for you. This workshop provides an introduction to the expressive arts process that may start or complement your self-care routine to reduce stress, gain insight, and foster well-being.
