Color, Color, and More Color! 8/3-7 Week 7

The focus of this class is creating two dimensional work using a variety of materials. Some will be used singly, others in combination. We will be using colored pencils, watercolor paints and acrylics, markers, colored pencils and more. We will be making some small artworks, some medium in size and at least one larger piece
- Reduced tuition on youth classes requires a family membership. For a full-day program, a morning class may be combined with an afternoon class. Supervised "bridge" care is available for these students, between 12-1PM, for an additional $40 per week.
Alice Chittenden
ALICE CHITTENDEN holds a BFA degree from the University of Hartford and a MALS from Wesleyan University. She has studied at the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, The Penland School of Crafts and Alfred University. She maintains her own studio and for the past five years has participated in the Shoreline Arts Trail. Her work is in the collection of the Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute, Jingdezhen, China and private collections in the UK, Australia and the US. She exhibits throughout Connecticut
