Students will learn how to prepare settings and securely set stones using a variety of methods: bezel, tube, flush, and prong setting. Through guided demonstrations and step-by-step instruction, participants will practice each technique while gaining clear understanding of tools and methods. Practice work will be done in copper or brass, with each participant completing one finished piece in sterling silver that incorporates one or more stone setting techniques.
