You know how to use your digital camera but want to take your photographs to the next level. In this class, students are encouraged to discover their own style and develop a personal project and portfolio. Students have the opportunity to share and discuss their images in class. Weekly presentations of selected masters along with contemporaries will provide a historic context and creative inspiration. Students should bring a digital camera with manual adjustment capacities to class (NO phones). Students need to know the basics of photography (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and exposure). For storage and processing photos, students need to have access to a personal computer.
