This workshop will introduce students to the basics of forging steel to shape using a hammer and anvil. Points, tapers, curls, scrolls, twists, and hot punching will be covered. Students will make an assortment of small useful items.

MACE VITALE is a Bladesmith/Blacksmith as well as a Coppersmith. Mace has a background in architectural precast concrete. He is a Journeyman Smith with the American Blade-smith Society.
