One can never have too many earrings! They’re the perfect accessory to wear with jeans and a sweater or with your little black dress. And they make great gifts for family and friends.You will learn how to make four original designs from which you can make unlimited earrings simply by changing the bead combinations. You will master wire techniques that will give you the confidence to move on to other jewelry projects. The instructor will supply the beads, pearls, findings and lengths of four different gauges of wire to make these earrings.

  • Tools needed in this workshop:
  • Chain nose pliers
  • Round nose pliers
  • Flush cutter
  • Nylon jaw pliers (optional)*
  • Chasing block and chasing hammer (optional)*
  • Bead mat
  • Magnification if you need it.
  • *The instructor will allow you to borrow during the workshop.

Lynn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and is a professional writer, author and teacher who found another creative outlet through designing and crafting jewelry. Over the years she has learned all the techniques: stringing, knotting, bead crochet, Kumihimo, bead stitching, wire wrapping and weaving, precious metal clay, chain maille, drilling and setting crystals. She has led workshops in these disciplines both private and public at venues along the Connecticut Shoreline. Her designs are one of a kind and her jewelry collections can be found at local art galleries including Guilford Art Center Gift Shop. She also sells her jewelry online.
