In this class students will look up at the sky above and beyond for inspiration in the creation of an interesting group of art projects. We'll begin with a close look at the most abundant creatures in the sky - birds. Next we'll imagine ourselves in the sky and draw a city at night complete with tall buildings, stars and colorful lights. Clouds, treetops and hot air balloons will find their way into more art work. Last, but not least, we will construct a hanging sculpture that will also be up in the air.
