This is designed to be a course on how to cook great meals given certain ingredients like on "Chopped"! While we will not crown a champion, all of the food the kids create will be critiqued for quality with constructive criticism given. We will cover proper cooking and preparation techniques, how to create a meal, how to make substitutions when you don't have a certain ingredient, and plate presentation.
