We will enjoy the book Leaf Man and learn how the author, Lois Ehlert, uses collage art to create her leaf creations. We will use our leaves, both natural and leaves we have created, to make a collage of our own. What will your leaf man look like?

Sally Oberdick has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and elementary teacher certification from Chatham College. She has taught the pre-kindergarten class at a local pre-school for 11 years and has taught children’s classes at Sweetwater for 10 years. She is also a substitute teacher through the Northern Area Teacher Service.
