Join Pittsburgh-based drummer and mindfulness music educator Matt Price for this hands-on drumming workshop!

Start the session learning basic pattern recognition, creative drumming, and movement exercises to get your mind and body in a relaxed and creative state. Finish the session with a practice in mindfulness as you’re guided through rhythms and patterns to help you connect more deeply to the natural rhythms of your life.

No experience is necessary and beginners are welcome. Drums are provided for all participants.
