The animals are COMING BACK to The Art Guild!
In this special vacation workshop, the Nassau County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) are bringing a variety of animals to use as LIVE reference for the children to create art. Young artists will have the opportunity to get close enough to the animals to be able to draw, paint and/or sketch them live! The workshop is taught by Mr. Manny, a longtime teacher of our children's classes and an animal lover.


Class confirmed 1 week prior to start and may be canceled for low enrollment.

Villalobos, Manny

Manuel Adolfo Villalobos is a Fine Artist, Musician and Art Educator from New York. He has achieved a bachelors in Art Education from Long Island University Post and is also a co-founding member of the alternative hip-hop group A Side Of Darkness (A.S.O.D), where he goes under the stage name OG Manny G. Through his music and art he expresses socially and politically driven awareness which is showcased in his artwork and rhythmic lyrics.
