Art Soothes the Mindful Soul: Express yourself and support mental well-being through yoga and creative activities.
Please join us on Tuesday, May 6th as Sandy Wilding, yoga instructor from Yoga Life, starts off the night leading chair yoga and breathing exercises. Pamela Schindler-Thomsen, licensed art therapist, will follow up with mindful art activities. Space is limited.
