Explore the exciting worlds of cartooning and anime in this dynamic drawing class for young artists. Students learn how to design expressive characters while building strong foundational skills in drawing, proportion, perspective, and character development.
Through engaging projects and guided instruction, students will create original characters, experiment with facial expressions and action poses, and develop storytelling skills through comic and manga-inspired artwork. Inking and coloring techniques are also introduced to help bring each creation to life with style and energy.
Perfect for students who love drawing, comics, and anime, this class encourages creativity, imagination, and confidence while developing essential illustration skills.

Manny Villalobos
Manuel Adolfo Villalobos is a Fine Artist, Musician and Art Educator from New York. He has achieved a bachelors in Art Education from Long Island University Post and is also a co-founding member of the alternative hip-hop group A Side Of Darkness (A.S.O.D), where he goes under the stage name OG Manny G. Through his music and art he expresses socially and politically driven awareness which is showcased in his artwork and rhythmic lyrics.
