Elizabeth Ramjit
Elizabeth Ramjit is an award-winning filmmaker, video producer, visual storyteller, and digital media educator. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, her documentary work has received national and international recognition, including screenings at the Guggenheim Museum and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM).
As both a working media professional and dedicated educator, Elizabeth brings real-world industry experience into every class. She teaches media literacy, visual storytelling, video production, content creation, and creative technology, helping students build practical skills while developing their own unique creative voice.
A proud Long Island native, Elizabeth believes creativity is for everyone and that every artist has a story worth telling. Her engaging, supportive teaching style encourages students to explore new ideas, build confidence, and discover the power of visual storytelling.
