Vacation Day Workshop: Halloween Printmaking with Mr. Manny

In this 2 hour workshop, students will create Halloween-themed prints using a collage relief technique.
They’ll design and build their own printing plates by layering paper to create a raised image.
Once their designs are complete, students will roll ink onto the plates and make their prints.
Open to Students in grades K-5.
- Workshops are confirmed one week prior to the start date so please register as soon as possible. There is a chance Workshops will be canceled if there is low enrollment.

Manny Villalobos
Manuel Adolfo Villalobos is a Fine Artist, Musician and Art Educator from New York. He has achieved a bachelors in Art Education from Long Island University Post and is also a co-founding member of the alternative hip-hop group A Side Of Darkness (A.S.O.D), where he goes under the stage name OG Manny G. Through his music and art he expresses socially and politically driven awareness which is showcased in his artwork and rhythmic lyrics.
