Paulin Tham
Paulin Tham is a watercolor artist and lifelong sketcher who never travels without a sketchbook. As soon as a trip is planned, one of the first things she does is make a new sketchbook to take with her.
Unable to find a commercially available sketchbook with the paper, size and format she wanted, Paulin began making her own. She has been making and using the same style of hand-sewn watercolor sketchbook ever since, filling them with sketches of the places, objects and everyday details that catch her eye.
Paulin enjoys working in watercolor and ink and experimenting with different drawing tools and materials. She also enjoys sharing the practical, approachable ways of making art that she has developed through her own practice.
