Artistic Compositing in Photoshop with Alan Perlman (ONLINE)
Adult Classes - online | This program has been canceled
Photoshop is far more than a utility for "fixing" pictures. It is an artistic medium that is the foundation for the genre known as Digital Art. This class explores techniques and procedures offering powerful tools for individual expression. By building projects step by step in class, students gain knowledge, skills and inspiration applicable to their own work. Each session will be recorded and the video made available for continuing reference. This is not a beginner class. A basic understanding of selections, layers, layer masks, brushes and blend modes is required.
- * Classes are confirmed one week prior to the start date. In order to help us confirm classes, please register as early as possible.
- * Students should have a current subscription to the Adobe subscription plan that provides and maintains up to date versions of Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge.
- * Please familiarize yourself with the Zoom platform – specifically the “share screen” function so Alan can see your screen when necessary. A tutorial can be found here

- Almost any version of Photoshop will suffice (not Elements) although the current subscription based edition is certainly preferred.
