The Summer Wine Series explores places and personalities behind the label. We investigate the physical world of the vineyard along with the culture and traditions of the region. Most importantly, we have fun getting to know these wines of place.

The classes are held at UA Pulaski Tech’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) in Little Rock, Arkansas. This state of the art facility was purpose build and includes the Wine Studies Lab, Mixology Lab, Le Culinare Restaurant as well as wine and beer making facilities.

CAHMI is located on the South Campus of UA-PTC at 13000 Interstate I-30 (access road), Little Rock, AR 72210. If you are coming from Little Rock, take exit 128 (from I-30 or I 430) and follow the access road 2.5 miles. The school is on the right.
