Nature Series at Witt Stephens Jr. Nature Center: Mammals Around Your Home

This FREE introductory nature course is for all who wish to learn more about their favorite furry creatures native to Arkansas! Everything from tiny chipmunks to slippery beavers to curious raccoons to majestic deer can be found in the beautiful Natural State, and you'll learn all about our fuzzy friends from the nature and wildlife experts with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Bring the whole family, and come to the Witt Stephens Jr. Nature Center to experience the fascinating variety of local mammals and learn about why conservation of all of nature's wildlife is so important.
If the weather is nice, students may partake in outdoor activities, so wear APPROPRIATE CLOTHES and COMFORTABLE SHOES.
The class is free, but availability is limited, so please STILL REGISTER.
Age Requirements: Ages 14 and up. All participants between the ages of 5-13 must be accompanied by an adult.
