Stir Fry is the cooking method used in most Asian dishes - it's healthy, delicious, and a wonderfully effective way of cooking and mixing different ingredients, especially vegetables. There are many different stir-fry techniques to make your food tasty, and Chef Joy is here to show us how. This class will go beyond the basics while still covering the fundamentals through different recipes. You will learn how to make authentic stir-fry sauce and how to keep your ingredients fresh and vibrant; vegetarian dishes in particular will be discussed and explored. The Stir Fry Level 1 class isn’t necessarily required for this Level 2 class, but you are guaranteed to learn something new and helpful in both classes. Asian Cooking Series: this class is part of a 6-part cooking series adventure, taking you through foods from China, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. You will learn how to prepare and cook a variety of recipes that are packed with mouth-watering Asian flavors. You will create these delicious exotic dishes by using ingredients from your typical grocery stores and regular seasonings already in your kitchen. By the end of the series, you will know so many different cooking techniques, you will have the confidence to create your own Asian dishes.
