Chef Joy will teach you how to cook authentic Chinese Stir Fry dishes step by step. She will not only help you master the basics, but she'll also explain the process with depth and give you opportunity to be creative. You will learn how to prepare your ingredients, mix-match vegetables with meat/seafood, and incorporate different sauces and seasonings. You will learn several recipes in this class and have plenty of hands-on experience.

Asian Cuisine Series: This class is part of a 6-part cooking series adventure, taking you through foods from China, Thailand, Vietnam, and more. You will learn how to prepare and cook a variety of recipes that are packed with mouth-watering Asian flavors. You will create these delicious exotic dishes by using ingredients from your typical grocery stores and regular seasonings already in your kitchen. By the end of the series, you will know so many different cooking techniques, you will have the confidence to create your own Asian dishes.
