Let's learn how to bake delicious rolls! Start by showing your new yeast friends some love and encouraging them to get all bubbly. Learn the techniques of adding fats for a softer roll, then learn how to mix your dough to form enough gluten strength without becoming a tough or crusty French Loaf. You'll get to make two different shapes of rolls, and once you've baked them to golden perfection, you'll never want a dinner meal without these fresh warm rolls!
