The classic baguette is enchanting and elusive - and after this class, you can make them endlessly from your own kitchen! You will learn how to make the perfect baguette dough and how to score it. While it proofs and bakes, participants will make both herbed butter and sweet butter. Baguette bread is fabulous straight from the oven, but it can also be made ahead of time and frozen until needed, so you can enjoy your baked goods all through spring. Come and find out why this buttery soft bread is a must-have for any baker, and you'll never do store-bought again!
