So you wanna be a ghost hunter? Or maybe you're just curious about the paranormal world? This course will introduce you to the world of paranormal and show you how this subject has intrigued humankind for centuries. Learn about the newest technologies as well as the oldest methods still used today on your ghost investigation at the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, one of the most HAUNTED buildings in the entire state! There will be group as well as individual experiments conducted where you will hear and see the evidence of spirits and how they try to communicate with us every day. An EVP (electronic voice phenomena) session will be part of the class, so that you will practice how to communicate with spirits using digital voice recorders and laptops.

In addition to a curious and inquisitive mind, please bring the following items to class: a flashlight, a camera, a digital voice recorder, and any personal ghost-hunting equipment. You may use your cell phone, but it can limit the quality of your evidence. Please wear comfortable shoes.

  • Ages Requirement: Ages 18 & up. Kids between the ages of 12-17 may enroll with a registered adult.
