Comm Ed - Culinary | This program is completed

Embark on a culinary journey through Portugal, a country where ocean breezes, sun-soaked vineyards, and centuries of tradition shape every bite. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare classic dishes such as hearty caldo verde and the irresistible pastel de nata, along with a few other popular Portuguese favorites. As you cook, you’ll discover the rich cultural influences behind Portuguese cuisine, from its maritime history and spice trade legacy to the warmth of its family-centered dining traditions. You’ll leave with new recipes and a taste of the soul of Portugal.

Cook the world, taste the culture!
