Personal Pies? Yes, Please!

Only share if you want to - it's time to make pies! Each participant will make four different personal-sized pies to take home (or eat in class!): apple, cherry, pecan, and savory. Chef Jan will teach you how to make the perfect pie crust, mouthwatering fillings, and different pie tops, including a delicate lattice! You'll never need buy a pie from a bakery again, nor even cruise the frozen aisle for a frozen crust - you will leave class with multiple pies, all the recipes, and the confidence and know-how to make unlimited pies from scratch out of your kitchen forever!
Ages Requirement: Ages 14 & up. Kids between the ages of 10-13 may enroll with a registered adult.

Community Education Class Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if registration is canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of class. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the class date will not receive a refund unless the class spot can be sold. On the chance that UA-PTC must cancel a class, registrants will have the choice of receiving a full refund or transferring to another Community Education class.
