Kathleen Rollings
Chef Rollings's love for food began like most - wanting to learn something new in her time at home during covid. Finding that love for pastries lead her to UA-PTC, where she excelled in her classes as well as at student competitions, receiving not only her CC (Certified Culinarian) and CPC (Certified Pastry Culinarian) from the American Culinary Federation, but also several gold and silver medals in national student competitions. While in school, she worked at farm-to-table restaurants and at private events with chefs of many accolades. Currently working as a private chef in Little Rock, she specializes in Pastry as well as Savory.
