French Croissant Workshop

Let Chef Wendy Schay teach you how to make buttery, layered French croissants. This hands-on class will cover every step of croissant making including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking. You will bake beautiful plain, chocolate-filled, and savory ham and cheese croissants. After class, you will have produced a dozen croissants to take home, plus all the recipes used, to impress your friends and family.
- Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants between the ages of 13 - 17 years old may register with an adult who has also registered and paid for the class.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested at least seven calendar days before the start of class. If less than seven days notification is given, a refund will only be processed if the class slot can be sold.
